Returning your purchase

Items shipped from, including our Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Receiving a refund

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

To protect our employees and customers, we disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to us , please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can not guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Us.

Repeated returns

We offering  a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint
The products need to be returned to us  if our Dispute Team asks for a return on the  Service Center
